Scott - review This is the second time we have used Scott for plastering work and we are more than happy to recommend him. His response to our initial request for a quote was prompt, his communication throughout the whole process excellent and the work itself impeccable. Even when we added to the original specification by tearing out an old wooden door frame and skirting board Scott revisited to assess the work and nothing was a problem for him. Scott worked non-stop and tidied up after himself leaving minimum disruption. Scott’s a really nice guy and very reliable.

This is the 2nd time in as many months that we have used Scott and yet again we’re extremely happy at how quickly and efficient our works got carried out. We had a very small window to have the works completed and Scott fitted us in and done us a real favour! I’d highly recommend and will defiantly be using again ????

Dan and his team have gone above and beyond for us again. We have used his company in the past and always found their work to be top notch. Plastering and redecoration of a communal parts of a high end apartment block in central London. Dan made sure the area was safe for the public and all floors were protected at all times. The job was done to their usual high standards and all involved were very happy with the outcome. Will definitely be using D Marriott plastering for all future works!

Dan arrived on time and worked tirelessly over two days to complete the job, which was done to a very high standard. He was friendly and very tidy including putting down carpet protector and even washing the front door step at the end of each day. Highly recommended.

Top marks to Danny. He took a HUGE expanse of wall in our late Victorian house back to bare brick and sorted it out with a scratch coat, plaster board and skim coat. Not an easy job considering how old and wonky this wall is, and he achieved a really good finish, very satisfied. Plus Danny is a nice guy to talk to and likes listening to love songs on the radio too, what's not to like?! Thoroughly recommended.

Scott dealt with some salt contamination at my property over a period of two days, taking the affected areas back to the brickwork and then re-plastering. The work was done very efficiently, and after work on each day, Scott cleaned up very thoroughly. I would recommend him as someone who can offer accurate advice and provide a good professional job.

We very very happy with every aspect of the work: a thorough assessment of the cause of the damp (confirming, as we expected, that the source had been dealt with); followed by remedial work: internal plastering and external crack filling and rendering. All completed on the agreed dates, for the quoted price and very much to our satisfaction.

A keen DIYer I’m never overly keen on having anyone working in the house. After trying to hide ceiling imperfections years ago with multiple layers of thick lining paper and living with imperfect result ever since (!) we decided to bite the bullet, strip it all off and get it done properly. Scott provided a very reasonable quote. Turned up on time, is very friendly and polite and dispelled my slight wariness of trades straight away. Protected carpets, worked hard all day and left everything clean at the end. The ceiling is perfect and confirms this is a magical art!! Very happy

Danny plastered my whole house, he was on site for a month. Excellent quality of work, reliable, pleasure to have around. Went above and beyond when I wasn’t there by sending videos of progress and questions he had for me. I will be using him again next year to render the outside of the house.

Excellent all round service

Scott carried out a damp survey for us while we were buying our new house after our survey identified damp in some areas. Scott gave very helpful advice and a reasonable quote to carry out the work to resolve the damp issues and to replaster the hall. Scott was excellent at communicating throughout the process and carried out all the work to a high standard. He even worked over the weekend and in the evening to finish off the work. I would recommend Scott to anyone looking for a damp survey, damp-proofing or plastering.

We have used Dan and his team many times in the past. We just moved house and had the upstairs plastered and redecorated. The guys were punctual, polite and the work was 10/10 as usual.

Great service, friendly and worked hard

Big Thumbs up - polite, great time keeping. It was an awkward room as it has a curve on 3 walls to ceiling really pleased with the end result the work looks superb. On arrival each morning he discussed the plan of action with us and tidied up at the end of every day. We are having Danny back to do more rooms. Very reliable and would not hesitate to recommend him.
